40days : Tell Your Story

I’ve completed a four day fast before but stopped because I did it for the wrong reasons. I am grateful the Holy Spirit spoke to me and reminded me why I am fasting which is to strengthen my faith, and let go of my burdens trusting the Lord with all my heart and to gain
clarity and love life more. Tonight is the night before my forty day fast I feel good and strong about tomorrow :) and the journey ahead. Lord please steer me away from temptations and to pray and call on you to guide me because I am prone to emotionally eat.
