I have been fasting drinking any alcoholic beverage for 40 weekends. I’m on my 5th weekend. I’m doing weekends, since its the most tempting time to go out and partake in drinking activities. I’d like to stay alcohol free and make it a permanent habit. I am also going to work out in the mornings at least 3 times a week and go on prayer runs/walks at least once a week.
