My goal for these next 40 days is life balance. I have a lot going on (as we all do) and always feel rushed, which leads to me not making time for others,God, or even just myself. When thinking about what I was going to fast, I realized that I don’t even have enough “me time” in the day to a habit up. Obviously I need to work on making habits. I don’t want to just go through the daily motions anymore. These 40 days I am going to:
1. Get up 1/2 an hour earlier every morning to have devotional/journaling time.
2. Send a card to a friend/or family member every week-and spend that week praying for them.
3. Work out in the mornings so I have time for myself and others after my day-AND turn OFF my
i-pod when I work out to tune in God! Yikes!
